NEBOSH CERTIFICATE IN FIRE SAFETY AND RISK MANAGEMENT (Unit FC1 and FC2)
AIM:
The aim of the course is to equip holders who carry out fire risk assessments of most low risk workplaces, and identify the range of fire protective and preventative measures required.
Target Audience:The course is suitable for people moving into fire safety adviser roles and may also be of benefit to fire service personnel developing their underpinning knowledge at part of the Integrated Personal Development System. It is aimed towards Managers and Supervisory staff who have passed the Nebosh National General Certificate (or Paper A1/NGC1) within the last 5 years, and need to ensure that their organisation meets its responsibilities under fire safety legislation. (Where delegates do not hold the NGC1, the NGC1 course and exam can be taken prior to, or in the same quarter as the Fire Course/Exam. Extra fees will be payable).

5 Days covering the Nebosh Fire syllabus
1 Day Exam Techniques and Revision
1 Day Practical Exam for individual delegates at their own workplace (where appropriate)
ASSESSMENT:
1 two hour written paper and a practical exam
ACCREDITATION:
On successful completion of the written paper and practical assessment, delegates will be awarded the NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management
