ILM LEVEL 2 AWARD IN TEAM LEADING
AIM:
The ILM level 2 Award in Team Leading aims to give practising or potential team and cell leaders the foundation for their formal development in this role
Target Audience: ILM Team Leading qualifications are for those people who are working in formal teams or groups, whether as team leaders/co-coordinators, or team members or members of self-managed teams. They may work in factories, offices, hospitals, call centres – wherever people and resources are employed. They may have had little or no formal training.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
There are no formal entry requirements but ideally delegates should be working in teams though not necessarily in a leadership role.
COURSE CONTENT:
The programme consists of 22 guided learning hours and will cover the following segments:
· Developing yourself as a team leader
· Dealing with change in the workplace
· Leading your own work team
· Training methods and Training Style
ASSESSMENT:
Reflective reviews
- A minimum of 22 guided learning hours
- A minimum of 3 notional credit value
- To be completed within 1 year
- One hour induction
- At least one hour tutorial support
- One mandatory unit – Developing yourself as a team leader
- Two optional units selected from the from the full range available in The Certificate in Team Leading (2 credit values)
- Assessment is by reflective reviews (designed by ILM)

3 Days – 9:00am to 5.30pm
