HUMAN FACTORS INITIALTRAINING
COURSE SUMMARY:
A two day initial training covering all topics of Human Factors as required by EASA Part M and Part-145. Introduction to “Human Factors”, analysis of incidents and accidents in aviation - analyzing how Human Factors affect human performance, safety and quality of work. Training will be by practical examples, films, discussions and group work to increase the awareness for Human Factors and to develop safety strategies to prevent errors.
This course is aimed at Quality Managers, Error Managers, MEMS Co-ordinators, Maintenance Managers, Forward operating base key staff, Certifying Engineers, Planning and Technical Services staff and maintenance personnel.
The objective of the course is to explore the implications of error, the organisation’s safety culture, its procedures and safety policy and methods of communication.

ACCREDITATION:
Upon completion of the programme participants will be awarded a certificate confirming
successful completion of training in accordance with EC 2042 Part M and Part 145.
