BPEC VENTED & UNVENTED HOT WATER SYSTEMS
COURSE SUMMARY:
This course is a legal requirement for any heating engineer or plumber looking to fit unvented hot water systems above 15lt capacity. By undertaking this training, you no longer need to contact your local Building Control Officer to approve your work. You will be recognised as being competent to design, install, service and maintain unvented systems.
The training is delivered over 4 modules:
Module 1 – Vented and unvented hot water systems and their operating principles
Module 2 – Design and installation of vented and unvented hot water systems
Module 3 – Maintenance of vented and unvented hot water systems
Module 4 – Other applicable building regulations
DURATION:
2 days – First time assessment/Non plumbers
1 day – Re-assessment/Experienced plumbers
ASSESSMENT:
3 assessments – Multiple Choice Paper, Written Assessment and Practical Assessment (100% pass required on each)
