B.R.A - LEVEL 2/3 AWARD IN PIPE WORK & BRAZING
COURSE SUMMARY:
This qualification enables refrigeration engineers to meet industry requirements in relation to the skills required to work with pipe work and brazing. The candidates will provide written, oral and practical evidence to ensure they braze and silver solder to B.R.A standards.
The aim of this qualification is to provide the learner with the knowledge, techniques and skills required to work with copper pipe and braze and solder to a certified standard. Many companies now require qualified brazing engineers to enable them to be compliant with various industry standards. This qualification can be included on a skill card.
