At Prospects College we treat our apprentices’ employers as business partners working closely with them every step of the way.
This relationship begins at the recruitment stage. We manage all elements of the recruitment process and carry out all necessary administration leaving you free to concentrate on running your business.
Throughout the duration of the apprenticeship Prospects College will continue to complete all the important but often time consuming administration. Working with you we will:

Handle the administration of the applications for all your apprentices

Undertake initial interviews and assessments

Organise diagnostic testing

Administer a formal Apprenticeship Learning Agreement between you and your chosen employee(s)
We will ensure you find the right employees to meet your business needs while keeping your paperwork to a minimum.
