Prospects College is part of the government’s initiative ‘Train to Gain’ which puts employers at the heart of the drive to close skills gaps.
The aim of the initative is to allow employers access to free level 2 work based learning opportunitites (when meeting set critera) for their employee giving them nationally recognised qualifications which are benchmarked to industry standards.
Level 3 workbased learning opportunities are available under the same initiative and may be fully funded or require an employer contribution.
Our Information & Advice and sales team offer free and impartial skills advice for employees and all training is delivered in a flexible yet targeted manner measured against the performanace criteria of the relevent NVQ within the college or workplace.

Train to Gain programmes are available to employees who:
- Do not have more than 5 GSCEs A - C Grade, HNC or degree
- Already hold a level 2 NVQ
Are a UK resident or have been living in the UK for 3 years (eligibility rules apply)
Are 19 years of age or over
