Who can do an Apprenticeship?
You can begin an Apprenticeship if you are aged 16 - 24 and not in full-time education. Apprenticeships are a combination of ‘on-the job’ training and study at college which means you have the opportunity to earn money while you study. If you are keen to learn new skills, gain qualifications and get paid be paid while you are doing it, then an apprenticeship is for you.
Types of Apprenticeships and entry requirements
The two most common types of Apprenticeships are:
Apprenticeship - Level 2 (equivalent to GCSE)
Advanced Apprenticeships - Level 3 (equivalent to A levels)
